Who, or what, is Lil Jimmy?

Lil Jimmy is a cosmic aberration.  He began life as a puppet, but thanks to some supernatural chicanery, he has become bound to us until we release him from his oath. Most days, he's somewhat grumpy, but will perform dance moves or kung fu if anyone is watching.  He's also rather demanding, seeking to impose fines on those who disagree with him.  We would not give him weaponry, or access to a car, other than his pink micro jalopy. 

Calumet serves as steward, caretaker, and valet for Lil Jimmy. He is bound to us by an oath we will not utter here. We endure his abuse for the greater good of releasing his music to the world.  Currently plotting a 220 country world tour, Lil Jimmy insists that Calumet be his opener, which we accept.
